The European Inn is a small country pub in the heart of West Dorset six miles north of the market town of Dorchester. We are in the middle of the beautiful Piddle Valley between Piddlehinton and Piddletrenthide, at the junction of two old drove crossings. The Cerne Abbas Giant lies one valley west of our inn. Rather than having to drive home, you can unwind after dinner in one of our two lovely bedrooms. Come and sit at the bar with a pint or relax over a leisurely lunch or dinner with a bottle of wine by the fire or in the cosy snug. We have a lovely garden to the front, from which many of the flowers on the tables come from, and some tables on a decked area at the back which is a real sun trap and the perfect place to unwind with a bottle of rose!
