Kings has been run for the past six years by husband and wife team Elliot and Amanda who have enjoyed providing an ideal location suitable for lunch, as a starter bar before hitting the clubs or simply as your city centre local! Having recently undergone a transformation with new decoration and furnishings this Georgian fronted cafe bar is situated just off Prince of Wales Road. With large sofas providing comfort and style, and boasting a considerable enclosed, heated and covered garden terrace ideal to escape from work with a drink or to hire out for a special occasion. There are BBQ menus or buffet style dining options available for indoor or outdoor hire. Kings has a wide selection of beers, ciders, wines and ales as well as malts and cognac. There is free Wi-Fi for customers, and a comprehensive new food menu available 11am - 2.30pm and 6pm – 9pm Mon-Fri. Quiz night is Tuesday night with Poker night on Wednesday, and a journey through the decades on Friday night ranging from 60’s and 70’s right through to Naughties and Now dependent on the week of the month.
