Worthy of a visit, this little pub has been tastefully opened up within to offer a contemporary, cosy (real fires) atmosphere. It is an offshoot of a successful pub in Bath; and this new venture is a relief for foodies in the sticks who like a bit of casual class. Staff are friendly, and families are welcome as its a pub owned by people with young children. In the summertime, the new garden will be a great place for al fresco drinking and eating. Real ales and wines are on offer, plus a varied changing daily menu.
